Another School Year Down

The last day of school for the boys was May 31st.  Abram wrapped up his year doing a presentation on Brazil.  He really did work until the bitter end.  Seth had fun at Field Day and got to help put together a little skit where he played an elephant.  He did such a fantastic job with his voice expression and volume.  He was great!  (He's the guy in the camo pants.  He said he wore his favorite pants for his favorite day of school.)

Crazier still was Chase's last day of Kindergarten.  Holy smokes!  We had a nice morning together playing pirates, running some errands, and scoring some treasure afterwords (good ol' McDonalds, matey).  I was trying to soak it all in as it was my last morning-alone time with him as he will be going to school ALL day next year.  But let us not dwell on that just yet.  *sniff, sniff*

He had a cute, little program and then got his diploma.  He is so incredibly quiet and wouldn't allow himself to show any emotion, be it excitement or happiness.  Sheesh.  I could barely get him to take the last picture with his certificate.  Believe it or not, he really was super excited.
